An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join a highly respected firm based in Bradford.
The RoleThe successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, which may include:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters (acting for both sides)
- Drafting and negotiating leases and associated documents
- Development work and secured lending
- General commercial property advice to a broad client base
Requirements
- Substantial experience in commercial property law (ideally 5+ PQE, though all levels considered)
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Availability to start at short notice
