Legal Counsel (Commercial Retail) - In-House | Bradford | Hybrid Working
Are you a solicitor in Yorkshire looking for an in-house commercial role with a large and reputable business? An established online retail business based in Bradford is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor (ideally between 2-4 years' PQE) with solid commercial contracts experience to join its in-house legal team.
The Role:
You'll work closely with an experienced Head of Legal and senior executives, drafting and negotiating contracts across Finance, Procurement, and Retail. You'll also gain valuable exposure to legal matters tied to large-scale retail operations and elements of financial services - an excellent addition to your CV.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor with commercial contracts experience
- Background in private practice or in-house legal teams
- Retail sector experience is a plus, but not essential
