- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Forecast production needs based on sales trends and inventory levels
- Manage inventory levels, turnover and leftovers.
- Perform risk assessments to minimise disruptions to the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
