Conveyancing Assistant | Bradford | Leading Regional Law Firm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join the Bradford office of a highly regarded, regional Legal 500 law firm. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
To be considered, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar conveyancing support role.

The Role:
Working closely with a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will provide support across the full residential conveyancing process. You will be confident handling matters from file opening through to post-completion, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Conducting searches
- Preparing and issuing contracts
- Managing enquiries and incoming funds
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Drafting completion statements and raising bills
- Preparing documents for Land Registry and SDLT submissions
Experience with new build transactions would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will be joining a collaborative team consisting of Conveyancers, Assistants, and Administrators, working on a range of residential property transactions. The role is suited to someone capable of working independently on key tasks while contributing to the wider team.
