Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Bradford
Salary: 14.36 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about safety, and has a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health & safety policies and conducting regular audits.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and communication.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
