- Foster and nurture strong client relationships throughout ongoing projects, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and contract performance.
- Initiate and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives that support business objectives including performance analysis, presenting recommendations and helping implement change.
- Manage all aspects of staff resourcing including recruitment, professional development, promotions and handling disciplinary matters as needed.
- Continuously enhance core business KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall company performance targets.
- Promote effective training and optimise operational systems to empower teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve financial goals.
- Oversee profit and loss performance for site locations, with a keen focus on budget management and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to drive accountability and lead transformation.

- Salary of £40,000-£50,000 pa
