The business prides itself on working with some of the most talented people in the industry and places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and environmental responsibility. Their commitment to high quality customer service and sustainable practices sets them apart in the facilities sector. They are now looking to add an Operations Manager to their team and have created this new position to support the development of the business. Key responsibilities of Operations Manager:
  • Foster and nurture strong client relationships throughout ongoing projects, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and contract performance.
  • Initiate and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives that support business objectives including performance analysis, presenting recommendations and helping implement change.
  • Manage all aspects of staff resourcing including recruitment, professional development, promotions and handling disciplinary matters as needed.
  • Continuously enhance core business KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall company performance targets.
  • Promote effective training and optimise operational systems to empower teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve financial goals.
  • Oversee profit and loss performance for site locations, with a keen focus on budget management and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
 Experience as Operations Manager required:
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to drive accountability and lead transformation.
  • Embody the company’s core values by bringing innovative thinking to challenges, treating other with respect and staying motivated to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience within operations management is desirable but not essential. Our client is willing to consider other options for a fresh perspective!
