We are looking for a General Workshop Assistant to help with daily operations in our busy workshop.
The role involves assisting technicians, maintaining workspace cleanliness, and managing tools and equipment.
Key responsibilities include shunting vehicles, transferring them between depots, and general cleaning duties.
Candidates must hold a full and clean HGV Class 1 or 2 license.
The position offers a competitive salary, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Workshop Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. The successful candidate will assist technicians, maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage tools and equipment, and contribute to the smooth running of workshop activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Shunting vehicles and taking them for their test, and taking them to dealerships

Transfering vechicles between depots

cleaning vehicles/ steam cleaning

General cleaning

sweeping the yard and workshop

Needed qualifications

Full and clean HGV Class 1 or 2 licence
