Job Description: Learning and Development Manager
Location: Yorkshire/North West
Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 plus car allowance and mileage
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on supportive living and mental health.
- Assess staff training needs and create tailored development plans.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and advancements in supportive living and mental health.
Requirements:
- CIPD in L&D or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in training and development, particularly within supportive living and mental health sectors.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
