Working closely with other Engineering disciplines, youll generate design concepts and for a new range of company product from concept to project handover. This will consist of full machinery and automated system design, complex mechanical and rotating components, GA & layout drawings, technical calculations, BoMs and liaising with clients and suppliers.
As the company continue to expand, natural progression into further Senior Leadership positions is not uncommon. Applicants from a machinery design background will be favoured.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
- HNC/D or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong 3D CAD skills
- Experience in Machinery/Rotating Equipment
- GD&T (BS8888)
- Material Selection, Machining Methods and Techniques
