H9 are partnering with a dynamic and innovative organisation based in Bradford. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator / Office Support to join their team.
Purpose of the Role
The Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business by providing efficient administrative support. This position will involve a variety of tasks, including document management, data analysis, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Coordinate office maintenance and upkeep
- Maintain stock levels for office supplies and equipment
- Book training for staff and monitor certification expiration
- Provide administrative support for building safety and environmental compliance
- Assist the Management team with meeting agendas, reports, and document management
- Update company databases and spreadsheets to ensure accurate information
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
