Are you available immediately and open to temporary work? We are working with a fantastic charity who are in the heart of Bradford city centre and are looking for a part time, PA to support on an ongoing basis to provide cover for ongoing sick leave. Working 22.5 hours a week on a hybrid model, the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from both the office and home, and hours can be worked over 5 days or 3 condensed days. Key duties will include;

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Preparing for meetings; agenda packs/ delegate management etc
  • Minute taking
  • Typing and delivering action points
  • General administrative support

This is an ongoing role, it is essential the successful candidate has proven and solid minute taking skills and experience; the ideal applicant will be;

  • Available immediately
  • Able to commit on an ongoing basis
  • Have minimum of 5 years senior PA experience
  • Experienced minute taker
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
