Temporary Administrator for a charity - Part time!

Location: Bradford- BD1

Hours: 14.8 hours per week- Days of work: Mondays and Tuesdays or Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

Start Date: 10th June

Duration: 3 months

Pay Rate: £13.50 - £13.75

You will be supporting a charity based in Bradford (BD1). You will be joining a friendly, bubbly team.

This client is a renowned charity so you will have to portray a high level of empathy and patience when communicating with service users. Customer Service and Administration experience is imperative.

You must be committed to complete the full 3 month period!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the referral process from start to finish
  • Process referrals ensuring that all information is accurately captured on the CRM system
  • Sending and drafting letters
  • Chasing personal information when missing
  • Build positive relationships with therapists, referrers and families, demonstrating sensitivity and empathy.
  • Share information about the service with referrers and where appropriate share information about other services that may be able to support the needs of families.
  • Raise any safeguarding or mental health concerns with the appropriate team manager / department and follow guidance.
  • Keep the service Excel tracker and case management systems up to date recording key information.
  • Populate the assessment template with appropriate information if necessary.
  • Minute meetings as requested.
  • Manage internal email inbox
  • Work flexibly as may be required by the needs of the service and carry out any other reasonable duties as required.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in Administration is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to organise and multitask, with excellent time management
  • High level of empathy and patience
  • IT Literate- Excel, Outlook, Sage or other internal CRM Systems
