Temporary Sales Administrator - Up to 14.00-16.50!

Location: Bradford- BD8- Parking available

Hours: Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months- potential to extend

Pay Rate: 14.00 - 16.80

You will be supporting an engineering business based in Bradford BD8. You will be part of a team providing a central point of contact for their clients, engineers and departments. Please note this role could go permanent for the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly while always remaining courteous and professional
  • Responding to phone calls and emails from the UK and globally
  • Use of effective communication to proactively manage customer expectations
  • Produce RAM's and Method Statements prior to the service engineer attending site
  • Upload all relevant documentation for the engineers visit, prior to them attending site.
  • Issue visit reports to the customers and liaise with spares should any follow-up work be required
  • Liaising with suppliers for updates on orders to ensure they will arrive on site before the engineer's attendance
  • Updating internal systems regarding client's orders

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator/ Service Coordinator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to organise and multitask, with excellent time management
  • Experience using RAMs and Method Statements is a bonus but NOT essential
  • IT Literate- Excel, Outlook, Sage or other internal CRM Systems
