We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join a professional team within the Technology & Telecoms industry. The role involves managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations.

Description

  • Process end-to-end payrolls, including payroll accounting interfaces, credit transfers, and emergency payments.
  • Ensure statutory and non-statutory deductions are correct and all returns are submitted on time.
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused payroll advice to managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with payroll legislation and company governance.
  • Support payroll system updates, testing, and continuous process improvement (Oracle).
  • Assist with payroll projects, efficiency initiatives, and service delivery enhancements.
  • Manage resource planning and team workflow to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Profile

  • Proven experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
