The Role - KS2 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
As a KS2 HLTA working through Academics, you will:
* Lead small group interventions and deliver planned lessons in the teacher's absence.
* Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and assessing learning activities.
* Help create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

About You
To be considered for this KS2 HLTA position, you should have:
* Proven experience supporting teaching and learning in a Key Stage 2 setting.
* HLTA status or an equivalent Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
* Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
* The confidence to lead groups and deliver pre-planned lessons independently.
