Print Production Manager - West Yorkshire

Kaizen Global Group Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for aPrint Production Managerto join their dynamic team. Specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of branded environments, graphics, and exhibitions, our client operates across the UK and is seeking a motivated individual to oversee their print production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the production of large format print jobs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and supervise a production team, fostering a productive and efficient working environment.
• Ensure all work complies with company quality control procedures and industry standards.
• Operate large format printers as required, maintaining equipment and troubleshooting technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Plan and prioritise production schedules to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Maintain health and safety standards within the production environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a production management role within the large format print, exhibition, or displays industries.
• Previous experience managing a team in a production setting.
• Hands-on experience operating large format printers.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Benefits:

• Salary in the range of 40,000 - 45,000 per annum.
