Project Manager Finance Business Systems / Infrastructure
Bradford, West Yorkshire (Hybrid 2 days in office per week)
Salary: £52,500 base + £6,000 car + benefits

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to a variety of Projects, including but not limited to finance business systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of finance business systems and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and priorities.
  • Manage system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements across financial functions such as purchasing, payments, and sales.
  • Oversee server and operating system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, third-party suppliers, and business stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Ensure projects align with compliance, security, and business continuity requirements.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, risk management, and reporting to key stakeholders.


Experience required

Proven experience as a Project Manager leading end to end projects.
Experience managing financial business systems projects (payroll, purchasing, invoicing systems etc)
Previous experience of managing infrastructure projects
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical teams.
Experience working in structured project environments (Agile, Waterfall, Prince 2 methodologies).
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Knowledge of financial services processes is a plus but not essential.
Previous experience in system implementations, upgrades, or process transformation is highly desirable.
