Working in partnership with a well-respected training provider who are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the apprenticeship assessment process, dealing with all aspects from booking events, managing assessors to posting results and assessment outcomes. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to manage the onboarding process and be able to provide support to the senior operational team. Duties will vary but key responsibilities will include;

  • Acting as the customers' contact point throughout the apprenticeship assessment journey
  • Use and maintain all Apprenticeship assessment internal systems
  • Obtain feedback throughout the AA journey from training providers, apprentices, and employers
  • Plan and manage the delivery of all assessments and allocation to the bank of Assessors and Lead Assessors
  • Undertake all required legislative checks and monitor that pre-requisites are met by the apprentice / training provider ahead of entry to AA.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the apprenticeship standards and the assessment plans
  • Respond to customer feedback
  • Identify, manage, and/or escalate any risk in our operational deliver
  • Collaborate with colleagues and bring insight to help us grow and develop our apprenticeship business

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year's administration experience; this role will initially be office based but there will be the flexibility to work hybrid as the role progresses. The successful candidate will have;

  • A minimum of 12 months administration experience
  • Working knowledge if current apprenticeship assessment platforms is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT literacy skills
  • Exceptional levels of accuracy
  • Strong planning, prioritising, and organisational skills
  • Driving license holder with personal vehicle required to travel to Apprenticeship Assessment events is essential
