We're hiring a Maintenance Operative for a small, caring housing association managing under 2,000 homes across West Yorkshire and surrounding area.

Duties
- General plumbing repairs (leaky taps, toilet repairs), blocked drains and sinks, replacing door handles, painting touch-ups, garden and outdoor maintenance, snagging / finishing.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in domestic/residential maintenance, snagging, finishing, or a customer-facing construction role.
- Practical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Reliable and customer-focused.
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
