Planned Works Assistant Site Manager – Kitchens & Bathrooms
Location: Bolton
 

Are you an experienced Assist / Site Manager with a strong background in planned works, particularly kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes? We’re looking for a proactive and organised professional to lead the delivery of high-quality upgrades across residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.
  • Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth site operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing planned works programmes, especially kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, H&S legislation, and site management best practices.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • First Aid at Work qualification (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
