Are you an experienced Account Director or SAD looking for your next move in the retail POS sector?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead a key client account, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Retail POS & Signage solutions. You will be responsible for driving strategic direction, client satisfaction, and account growth while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the account team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Provide innovative POS and signage solutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Continuously review processes, identifying improvements for added value.
  • Deliver on agreed SLAs, KPIs, and financial targets while ensuring profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including invoicing, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for client issues.
  • Inspire and mentor the team, driving performance and professional development.

Skills & Experience

  • 10 years of client services experience, specifically in Retail POS & Signage.
  • Strong understanding of POS production, workflow, and retail landscapes.
  • Proven track record of working onsite with clients and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
  • Commercially astute with a business development mindset.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
