NextGen Teachers are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Art and Textiles Teacher to join a secondary school in Bradford. The ideal candidate will be creative, artistic and nurturing, and will teach teach across Key Stages 3-5, delivering engaging and innovative lessons in both Art and Textiles. You'll also play a key role in developing students' confidence and enthusiasm for the subject, supporting them in exhibitions, portfolios, and practical projects.

Requirements:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for both Art and Textiles
  • Ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities
  • Excellent classroom management and a commitment to inclusive education
  • A collaborative team member who values creativity, curiosity, and innovation
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Two professional references
  • An enhanced child DBS on the update service, or willingness to complete one
