The company are a leading supplier of equipment to companies across the UK, with a team of engineers trained to fix any issues. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add a service coordinator to their growing business.
In this role you will be responsible for speaking to customers over the telephone, identifying the equipment and coordinating engineer's schedules.
The Role:
- Service Coordinator
- Answer incoming customer service calls
- Identify problems
- Organise / schedule engineers diaries
The Person:
- Experience in technical support or coordination
- Happy speaking to customers over the phone
