Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Older Peoples Team in Bradford on a locum basis.
The pay rate for this position is £35 per hour, and local candidates are preferred due to emergency visit requirements.
Applicants must have a Qualified Social Worker status with SWE registration and experience in Adult Services, particularly with Older People.
The role involves managing a varied caseload, conducting assessments, and attending Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings.
Candidates should be able to work autonomously and manage complex cases, with a preference for those based in or near Bradford.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Older Peoples Team in Bradford on a locum basis.

Key Details:

Pay Rate: £35 per hour
Location: Bradford local candidates preferred due to emergency visit requirements
Start Date:ASAP
Contract: Ongoing, full-time

Role Responsibilities:

Carry and manage a varied caseload
Complete Care Act assessments and reviews
Conduct home visits and care home visits
Attend Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings
Work closely with service users, families, and partner agencies to promote independence and well-being
Respond promptly to emergency situations and safeguarding concerns

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration
Experience within Adult Services and specifically working with Older People
Able to work autonomously and manage complex cases
Must be Bradford-based or nearby due to face-to-face visit needs
