NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established local authority in the West Yorkshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to be a Practice Supervisor in their Leaving Care team.
They will offer excellent hybrid working allowing you to spend less time travelling and giving you more time at home, improving your work/life balance
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of social workers, providing support and supervision as required
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and best practice guidelines
Oversee case management, ensuring that all cases are progressed appropriately
Develop and monitor performance indicators, ensuring that service targets are met
