NextGen Teachers are currently working with a Specialist Provision located in Bradford who are seeking to recruit a full-time SEN Learning Support Assistants who are able to work on a full-time basis supporting students across the secondary age range from 11 - 19 years.

The SEN provision is part of a multi-academy trust which is passionate about offering their staff monetary benefits alongside a competitive salary. This provision caters for pupils across the Secondary age range who have a range of Complex needs including: SEMH, Behavioural needs, Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, PMLD and who are non-verbal.

The role of a Complex needs Support Assistant in this school will be to:

  • Support pupils in the classroom on a day to day basis.
  • Working with multiple pupils and supporting students with 1-2-1 support and Intervention.
  • Support pupils with their holistic development in line with there Educational Health Care Plans.
  • Supporting and managing the behaviour of the students.
