We are looking for kind, patient, and motivated individuals to join our team as SEN Teaching Assistants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a positive impact and wants to help young people thrive academically, emotionally, and personally.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to learners with additional needs
- Work closely with lecturers and tutors to make lessons inclusive and engaging
- Support students with personal care and administer medication (when required)
- Encourage independence and confidence through tailored support strategies
- Help track and record each student's progress and achievements
What We're Looking For
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience working with young people with learning disabilities or SEND
- A caring, reliable, and flexible approach to work
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them grow
- Experience assisting with behavioural, medical, or personal care needs
