SEN Class Teacher | Full-Time | Bradford | £165–£220/day Start: ASAP | Ongoing with Potential for Permanent Role

Milk Education is working with a welcoming and supportive Special School in Bradford that caters to students aged 11–19 with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Physical Disabilities. We are urgently seeking a passionate SEN Class Teacher. This is a full-time role to cover long-term sickness and is expected to continue through the academic year – with the potential for a permanent offer.

? The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As the Class Teacher, you’ll be key in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering creative and differentiated lessons to meet complex SEND needs

  • Managing and leading a team of experienced Support Staff

  • Planning, marking, and assessing pupil progress

  • Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for learning

What We’re Looking For

This role requires someone who is experienced, compassionate, and confident in working with high-needs students. Essential requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching pupils with high-level SEND needs

  • Able to commit to at least one full term (longer if successful!)

  • Passion for inclusion, personalisation, and lifelong learning
