Repairs Surveyor
Resourcing Group are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation who are looking for an Interim Repairs Surveyor to join their Repairs and Maintenance team. You will play a critical role in managing damp and mould issues. This is a great opportunity to work with an organisation that provide affordable homes for people across Yorkshire.
Your new role as Repairs Surveyor:
As the Repairs Surveyor you will carry out damp and mould inspections, visiting properties, identifying whether the issue is structural, lifestyle or Systemic. You will take accountability to report and specify works and conduct health & safety and compliance. You will also work directly with tenants to explain repair decisions and timeframes and use housing management systems to log findings, raise work orders and update cases.
The Experience Required:
Experience working in a Social Housing organisation as a surveyor looking at repairs to housing stock in managing damp and mould issues.
