Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Production Supervisor to oversee operations within a manufacturing environment focused on sheet metal components, particularly in the HVAC industry.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise and motivate production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with management to implement production schedules and inventory management.
- Monitor production metrics and make suggestions for improvements.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and lead problem-solving initiatives.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in manufacturing, ideallywith sheet metal components in the HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
- 35,000 - 40,000 PA
- Monday to Friday 7:00 - 16:00
