We need somebody that is a strong people leader, engaging and attention to detail. KPI driven, ideally electrically biased and somebody that leads from the front.

About you?

- Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager position, within a fast paced Food / FMCG environment (2+ years)
- L3 qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experienced leading change culture initiatives and also a strong track record of improvements across site wide machinery
