The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Technical Administrator to join our Building Safety Division.
his role is ideal for someone with a background in building control or building safety who is looking to contribute to vital safety and compliance work in the built environment.As a key member of the team, you will provide technical and administrative support across a range of building safety projects. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, coordinating with inspectors and consultants, maintaining compliance records, and supporting the delivery of high-quality building safety services.

The Responsibilities
Day to day enquirie
Assisting with client / customer queries
Sending information out to clients
Dealing with Inspectors
Undertake customer and client phone calls
Review and respond to emails in professional manner
Diary management
Assist with construction related site bookings, meetings, and staff meetings
Assist office manager with the review of internal and external complaints, in conjunction with the Operations Manage
Assist office manager in supporting the Company directors
Requirements
You will be computer literate and have used Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook etc) to an advanced level.
Must be confident speaking over the phone,
Ideally come from a building control background or with a good understanding of the industry.
Able to work under pressure as the role will be working within fast paced environment
