We are currently partnering with a well-regarded and supportive accountancy firm based in Essex, seeking a talented individual to join their team at Manager level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied client portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality financial reporting

  • Prepare statutory and management accounts, corporate and personal tax returns

  • Lead statutory audits, identifying key risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Provide advisory services including business planning and tax compliance

  • Mentor junior staff, review their work, and support ongoing development

  • Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery

Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified or recently qualified ACCA or ACA with at least 4-6 years Practice Experience

  • Proven track record in audit and accounts within a practice environment

  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting regulations

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills

  • Capable of managing multiple deadlines and projects effectively
