About the position

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with incoming customer queries, obtaining relevant information and providing advice and best possible solutions.
  • Managing sales orders/quotations, scheduling appointments, following up enquiries, securing orders, and ensuring customer delivery dates are met
  • Working closely with and supporting the external sales team to identify opportunities both within our existing client baseand with potential new sources ofbusiness.

Experience, skills and aptitude required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office
