About the position
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Dealing with incoming customer queries, obtaining relevant information and providing advice and best possible solutions.
- Managing sales orders/quotations, scheduling appointments, following up enquiries, securing orders, and ensuring customer delivery dates are met
- Working closely with and supporting the external sales team to identify opportunities both within our existing client baseand with potential new sources ofbusiness.
Experience, skills and aptitude required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A proactive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office
