What You'll Do:As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department. Your responsibilities will include:- Processing invoices against purchase orders within the company's systems.- Maintaining purchase ledger inboxes for various companies within the group.- Overseeing the invoicing system to ensure accuracy and addressing any issues that may arise.- Collaborating with the buying department to resolve queries promptly.- Conducting accurate monthly account reconciliations.- Timely processing of supplier payments to maintain strong vendor relationships.- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

Who You Are:To thrive in this role, you should possess a blend of the following skills and experiences:- Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role is highly desirable.- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential.- Educated to A Level standard.
