BIM Technician - Brickwork Contractor – Essex
About the role: Since been incorporated 30 years ago our client has specialised in both brick and blockwork contracts. They work mainly in the commercial and residential sectors and are currently recruiting for a BIM Technician to join their design team.
What we are looking for:
- Background in roles utilizing BIM or CAD methodologies (ideally 2-3 years +).
- Highly proficient with Autodesk Civil3D and Revit platforms.
- Possesses strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexible and able to adjust effectively to evolving project requirements.
