Job Duties:- Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher
- Follow the school's behaviour management policies
- Support students with their learning and ensure a positive and engaging learning environment
- Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and ensure students stay on task
- Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and behaviour

Required Qualifications:- A confident and engaging personality
- Enthusiasm for working with young people
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations
A relevant educational qualification
Experience:Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Understanding of classroom management techniques
Additional training in education or child development
