Owls Hall Environmental is a leading wastewater engineering business that is expanding to help our customers to comply with the demands of new legislation. We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Sales Coordinator to join a growing team in our lovely office location.

About the position

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with incoming customer queries, obtaining relevant information and providing advice and best possible solutions.
  • Managing sales orders/quotations, scheduling appointments, following up enquiries, securing orders, and ensuring customer delivery dates are met
  • Working closely with and supporting the external sales team to identify opportunities both within our existing client base and with potential new sources of business.

Experience, skills and aptitude required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office
