We are looking for an Customer Sales Support candidate to join a manufacturing company in Braintree. They are looking for someone tosupport their sales team to ensure orders are processedefficiently.

Starting on an innital temporary basis, you will need to be available immediately to be considered for this role, however the potential for a permanent job could be available after an innital temporary period! Starting pay will be circa 13phand working hours will be 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday with a 14:00 finish on Friday.

Company benefits include 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (after 3 months) and free parking at their purpose built facilities!

Duties will include:
  • Process incoming enquiries via all channels
  • Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
  • Liaise with internal teams and external customers
  • Review and process orders
  • General admin tasks
Experience/Skills needed:
  • Having worked in a customer service or customer facing role
  • Confident communicating by phone and email
  • Able to use Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Good time management experience and able to be proactive
