Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join one of our clients based in Braintree. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with global teams on admin tasks like trade compliance.

  • Raise tickets for classifying products with HS codes and ECCNs.

  • Help with the Emax system and support production needs for engineering.

  • Keep the Emax ERP system updated with the correct information.

  • Create and manage company part numbers (TCPN).

  • Keep the Central Part Registry (SAP CPR System) up to date.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Update Excel spreadsheets with needed data.

Skills Needed
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

  • Experience with trade compliance is helpful but not required.

  • Experience using ERP systems (Emax is a plus).

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Able to work well under deadlines.

  • Punctual and reliable.

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or manufacturing field preferable
  • Willing to learn and pick up new skills.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday 07:45-16:45 Friday 07:45-15:15
