Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join one of our clients based in Braintree. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.
Main Responsibilities-
Work with global teams on admin tasks like trade compliance.

Raise tickets for classifying products with HS codes and ECCNs.

Help with the Emax system and support production needs for engineering.

Keep the Emax ERP system updated with the correct information.

Create and manage company part numbers (TCPN).

Keep the Central Part Registry (SAP CPR System) up to date.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Update Excel spreadsheets with needed data.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Experience with trade compliance is helpful but not required.

Experience using ERP systems (Emax is a plus).

Good attention to detail.

Able to work well under deadlines.

Punctual and reliable.
- Bachelor degree in engineering or manufacturing field preferable

Willing to learn and pick up new skills.
