Procurement
Source and negotiate with local suppliers for high-quality, ethically produced ingredients and products.
Set and monitor SLAs, pricing and quality standards; maintain clear supplier agreements.
Stock control
Own inventory for all locations; implement robust stock procedures and regular audits.
Track usage and waste; forecast demand using sales trends and seasonality to ensure freshness.
Logistics management
Coordinate timely deliveries to all shops; optimise routes and schedules to reduce cost and environmental impact.
Maintain accurate delivery calendars and contingency plans for supply issues.
Supplier relationships
Build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships; review performance and resolve issues quickly.
Ensure compliance with house quality, safety and ethical sourcing policies.
Process improvement
Standardise and document procurement, stock and logistics workflows; simplify where possible.
Use data to spot bottlenecks, reduce waste and improve margin.
Team collaboration
Work closely with shop managers, baristas and leadership to understand needs and plan ahead.
Communicate stock changes, menu impacts and delivery ETAs clearly and promptly.
Sustainability
Advance recycling and waste-reduction initiatives (e.g., coffee-grounds reuse).
Support community partnerships (e.g., food bank initiatives) and local sourcing.
Shops rarely run short; freshness is up and waste is down.
Suppliers hit agreed standards and love working with us.
Clear, simple processes that scale as we growbacked by accurate data and reporting.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement or stock controlideally in food & beverage or hospitality.
Strong negotiation and relationship skills with suppliers and partners.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail; calm under pressure.
Comfortable analysing data and trends to forecast demand and set par levels.
Passion for sustainability, local sourcing and ethical business practices.
Collaborative communicator who partners well with shop teams and leadership.
Knowledge of relevant health & safety and food industry standards.
