M&E Site Supervisor
- Location: Braintree, Essex
- Duration: 6–8 months (starting November 2026)
- Salary: £300 per day

About the Role
We are working with a leading design & build contractor who are seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to join a major project consisting of two new-build warehouse units. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising the installation of mechanical and electrical services, ensuring safe, timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements

  • Carry out safety inspections and deliver daily Toolbox Talks

  • Monitor site progress and re-schedule works if necessary to meet programme deadlines

  • Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards

  • Report on progress and liaise daily with the main contractor

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems
- SMSTS / SSSTS qualification
- CSCS Gold card (or higher)
- Previous experience working on commercial projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IT literate (MS Word & Excel)
