We are currently working with a fantastic primary school seeking a talented Year 4 Class Teacher to join them on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced teacher or a confident ECT looking for their first permanent teaching role. Interviews will be held shortly after the May half-term, so early applications are encouraged!
The Role:
- Position: Year 4 Class Teacher
- Location: Braintree, Essex
- Start Date: September 2025
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Main Pay Scale (M1 - M6), dependent on experience

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Be committed to providing a high-quality, engaging, and inclusive education for all children
- Be proactive, flexible, and passionate about teaching and learning
