Are you a Project Coordinator or similar with a background in Construction looking for a varied role within a rapidly expanding consultancy looking to progress and have ownership of your projects.
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a up and up-and-coming consultancy , who are looking to heavily invest in you with unlimited development opportunities and a clear progression path. You will support Construction and Design teams, coordinating works, reading drawings, conducting conveyance plans and acting as the glue between internal departments.

This role would suit a Project Coordinator or similar with a background in construction looking for a varied role within a evolving consultancy where progression and development is at the forefront of the company's ethos and goals.
The Role :
- Liase with Architects and Designers on projects .
- Planning to completion of a new development site, working with senior PM.
- Liaising with the design team around planning authority and conditions discharges.

- Project Coordinator or similar with a background in Construction
- Commutable to Braintree
