What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Lettings Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in helping clients find their perfect rental property, while supporting landlords in letting their homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with prospective tenants to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.

  • Gaining a strong knowledge of our property portfolio.

  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings.

  • Negotiating rental terms between landlords and tenants.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. While previous lettings or property experience is preferred, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. You will need to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record in a customer-focused office environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A professional, enthusiastic, and competitive approach.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new systems.

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Working Hours
  • Full-Time: 5 days per week (including Saturdays, with a weekday off)

  • Branch Hours:

    • Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm

    • Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

    • Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
