Property Manager

We’re seeking an experiencedProperty Manager to join our established team in Braintree, managing a portfolio of residential rental properties across the area. This full-time role offers responsibility for all aspects of tenancy management, landlord communication, and property compliance. If you’re an organised professional with a background in lettings or property management and based in or near Braintree, we’d like to hear from you.

• £28125 to £35625 OTE per annum
• Breaks down as: £20000-£27500 basic salary dependant on experience, plus additional £8125 uncapped commission target)

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Braintree

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Braintree

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
• If you prefer to drive an automatic vehicle, you are required to have full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes
• Vehicle must be less than 10 years old
• Full business-use car insurance cover (if using your own vehicle)
