Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 if applicable).
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school and departmental policies.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and departmental initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop and share best practice.
Requirements:
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
A relevant degree in Geography or a related subject.
Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
A passion for inspiring students and promoting a love of Geography.
