Job Title : Maths Teacher
Location: Braintree
Contract Type: Permanent / Long term

Salary Scale: £130-£230 per day
Are you passionate about helping students exceed in Mathematics? Do you have the enthusiasm and skills to inspire the next generation of problem-solvers and critical thinkers? We are looking for a dedicated teacher to take on the role to teach Mathematics in a secondary school located in the Braintree area.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Support students in their learning, both in and outside the classroom.
- Develop and assess coursework and exams.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
- Encourage students to reach their full potential.
Key Skills and qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialisation in the Mathematics field.
- Experience working within education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of students.
- GCSE or equivalent at grade C (Pass) or above.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students' academic and emotional development.
