Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated healthcare professional to join their team as a Support worker. You will be a key player in guiding and empowering your knowledge through the team, serving as a role model in delivering the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

路 Ensuring high performance and continuous development.

路 Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

路 Maintain and update support plans, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the individual鈥檚 needs.

路 Uphold and promote our clients core values in all aspects of your work.

What We鈥檙e Looking For:

路 Proven experience in providing a wide range of high-quality support in a healthcare setting.

路 Strong communication skills, with proficiency in literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills.

路 NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or an equivalent qualification.

路 A passion for delivering person-centred care and support.

路 MAPA/PMVA or any other form of restrained training.

路 Buccal training
